At the Orangetheory Fitness center in Rocky River, Ohio, we offer up to 10 classes a day between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 8:15 p.m. It’s easy to find us; we’re right off Ohio State Route 113, just a few blocks west of the Rocky River.

Our group classes consist of 60-minute workouts where you’ll alternate between cardio and strength training. You’ll wear a monitor that tracks your heart rate as you rotate between interval training, rowing and free weights. You’ll work to keep your heart rate at or above 84% of your maximum heart rate for 12 - 20 minutes of your workout. We call this “the Orange Zone.” Getting into the Orange Zone jump-starts the Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption effect, which will help you burn between 500 and 1,000 calories in a single hour long class. Best of all? You’ll continue burning calories at an accelerated rate for up to 36 hours afterward.

At Orangetheory, you’ll be exercising with others who share your commitment to fitness and who are really supportive of your personal goals. Our friendly, approachable gym trainers will customize your workout experience to match your abilities so that you can achieve your fitness goals at your own pace.

Our classes are for everyone from newcomers to workouts to advanced athletes. All are welcome at our studio, and we're proud to have a judgment-free zone. All we care about is seeing people get fit.

We offer pay-as-you-go plans and gym packages, but we’ll never make you sign a contract for services that you won’t use. You can attend your first class for free! Call the Orangetheory Fitness center in Rocky River at (216) 370-3277 or sign up online.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
